EverMAN is an ongoing care model with Dr Evans at Wexford Medical Centre, focused on chronic disease management, preventative health, and longevity. Patients continue to see Dr Evans as required under a set fee structure.

Initial (60 mins) +follow-up (45 mins), then ongoing 15-30 minute consults as required for long-term care

Continuous. Patients remain on Dr Evans’ books for ongoing care as required.
Fees
Private fee-for-service (no Medicare rebates on consults)
Medicare Access
Consults are not rebated, but Medicare still applies for tests, imaging, and specialist referrals.

WholeMAN (Hollywood)
WholeMAN is a structured 10-week program with Dr Evans at Hollywood Medical Centre, designed as a short-term, intensive health optimisation package with set contact points and outcomes.

Preventative Health, Metabolic Optimisation, Intensive Lifestyle advice, Longevity.
Structure
Four set consults at weeks 0, 2, 6 and 10 with intense contact and input throughout.
Duration
Time-limited program, concludes after 10 weeks with thorough Continuing Health Plan given.
Fees
$175.60 per week for 10 weeks ($1756 total)
Medicare Access
Private program fee with Medicare applying for tests, imaging and specialist referrals where appropriate.
