EverMAN is an ongoing care model with Dr Lloyd Evans offered exclusively at Wexford Medical Centre. It focuses on chronic disease management, preventative health, and longevity. Patients continue to see Dr Evans as required under a fee-per-service structure.

Appointment Options

Initial EverMAN Consultation (60 minutes – $480)

    •    Required for all new patients.

    •    Comprehensive assessment, medical history, and baseline plan.

Follow-Up EverMAN Consultation (45 minutes – $360)

    •    Required after the initial consultation.

    •    Review of results, treatment planning, and ongoing health strategy.

EverMAN Ongoing Care (15 minutes – $120 | 30 minutes – $240)

    •    Available only after completing Initial + Follow-Up consults.

    •    For chronic condition management, preventative care, prescriptions, and continuity.

*Important Notes for Patients

    •    Consult fees are private and not Medicare-rebated.

    •    You will still be able to access Medicare rebates for pathology tests, imaging, and specialist referrals arranged by Dr Evans.

    •    Prescriptions provided can be filled at any pharmacy as usual.

    •    Focus is on long-term men’s health, chronic disease, and preventative care.

    •    Not an urgent care or walk-in service- please maintain access to a GP and Urgent Care Centres.

    •    Limited places available- Dr Evans’ books will close once full.
