EverMAN is an ongoing care model with Dr Lloyd Evans offered exclusively to existing patients at MAN Health Clinic. It focuses on chronic disease management, preventative health, and longevity and is offered to existing patient or those patients who have completed the WholeMAN Program. Patients continue to see Dr Evans as required under a fee-per-service structure.

Appointment Options

EverMAN Annual (45 minutes - $480)

    •    An annual review option for existing patients returning to the clinic for their annual recall.

EverMAN Review Consult (30 minutes – $240)

    •    Available to all existing patients of MAN Health Clinic. Appointments are attended for ongoing periodic review when seen at the clinic within the preceding 12 months.

    •    For chronic condition management, preventative care, periodic reviews, prescriptions, and continuity of care.

EverMAN Brief Consult (15 minutes - $120)

    •    A brief appointment for a specific, clearly defined issue for existing patients who have been seen at the clinic in the previous 9 months.

*Important Notes for Patients

•    Consult fees are private and not Medicare-rebated.

    •    You will still be able to access Medicare rebates for pathology tests, imaging, and specialist referrals arranged by Dr Evans.

    •    Prescriptions provided can be filled at any pharmacy as usual.

    •    Focus is on long-term men’s health, chronic disease, and preventative care.

    •    Not an urgent care or walk-in service- please maintain access to a GP and Urgent Care Centres.

    •    Limited places available- Dr Evans’ books will close once full.
