EverMAN Review Appointments

Up to 30 minutes – $120/$240) (0-15 mins: $120 , 15+ mins: $240)

These appointments are only available to existing patients of MAN Health Clinics who require additional appointments for issues that were not able to be addressed fully or concluded during their structured program. These appointments are only available at the discretion of Dr Lloyd Evans and should not be used for general appointment or biannual/annual review purposes. Please note, they are only available to patients who have attended the clinic in the preceding 4 months.

    •    For chronic condition management, preventative care, prescriptions, and continuity of care purposes only.

• Consult fees are private and not Medicare-rebated.

    •    You will still be able to access Medicare rebates for pathology tests, imaging, and specialist referrals arranged by Dr Evans.

    •    Prescriptions provided can be filled at any pharmacy as usual.

    •    Focus is on long-term men’s health, chronic disease, and preventative care.

    •    Not an urgent care or walk-in service- please maintain access to a GP and Urgent Care Centres.
