The WholeMAN Program is a thorough, male-focussed, and bespoke ten-week program offered exclusively at MAN Health Clinic.

Working closely with the highest quality Specialists and with priority access to Radiology and Pathology testing, we have gone to great lengths to make this program as conducive to your health needs as possible!

This program is designed for every man, and will investigate, manage, and treat any identified issues you may have and those raised throughout the ten-week program. We place huge emphasis on encouraging a preventative approach to your health and firmly believe in educating and giving you the tools to optimise your health, long-term. Getting you to your healthiest self and identifying the earliest signs of suboptimal health by thorough assessment, monitoring and tracking is our passion!

The WholeMAN Program

The cost of the WholeMAN program is $1756. The fee payable includes:

  • An initial extensive in-person Consult with Dr Lloyd Evans lasting one hour.  Here your medical history will be explored and any issues you may have addressed.

  • Requests of Pathology, Radiology and Functional testing where appropriate (blood, urine, faeces analysis, imaging and further studies). 

  • Telehealth follow-up appointments at approximately weeks 3, 7 and 10, conveniently scheduled around your needs.

  • Access to The MANdate Podcast Series. Episodes featuring one-hour long interview insights from Australia’s leading medical specialists. Topics cover cutting-edge health trends and expert advice just for men.

  • Receipt of a Continuing Health Plan on conclusion of follow-up.  This includes a unique and personalised report with focus on data tracking, goal setting, lifestyle optimisation, risk reduction strategies, disease prevention, treatment initiation and recommendations for further follow-up suggested.

  • Clinically relevant information will be shared with your GP to support ongoing care and follow-up. You will receive clear recommendations on what should continue with MAN Health Clinic and what should be managed by your GP. This ensures continuity of care and appropriate medical oversight.

  • Further progress and personal development with lifelong access to our EverMAN review appointments for ongoing periodic review of those issues within the scope of MAN Health Clinic.

The WholeMAN XL Program

The cost of the WholeMAN XL program is $2885. The fee payable includes a WholeMAN Program fee of $1986 plus the following assessments conducted:

Cardiometabolic Health Optimisation.  We have partnered with Vively Health to offer Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and software to extend analysis of your metabolic health and look closer how factors such as sleep, exercise and nutrition affect your metabolic health. You will be fitted with a CGM device and monitored closely over 14 days with subsequent interpretation and individualised plans created just for you to optimise those metabolic risk factors that are so commonly seen in men. Your results will be made available to MAN Health Clinic and discussed with you as part of your Program (+$199). Find out more about Vively Health here.

Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (includes VO2 Max, Cardiac Stress Testing and Spirometry): A cardiopulmonary exercise test evaluates breathing efficiency, gas exchange capability, oxygen utilisation, and cardiac parameters via a stress ECG as you exercise to maximum capacity. An ECG and Stress Test is completed within the Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing protocol to give further information about your cardiovascular health.  Spirometry is a breathing test that measures the volume of air that can be breathed in and out. Data gathered provides information on how well the lungs work. The measurements from spirometry are valuable as a screening tool for respiratory health (+ $500)

Whole Body composition (DEXA): Undertake whole body scanning and accurately measure your lean muscle, fat, visceral adiposity and bone mass for whole body and individual regions. (+ $200)

You can pay MAN Health’s fees of in full at the time of your consult or spread the cost over the ten-week program with affordable payments.

As part of the WholeMAN XL Program, fees for the additional testing (DEXA ($200), CPET ($500) and CGM ($199)) will be made directly to the providers of these tests by you at the time of testing.
